First Time Visits

Leaving your special K9 kid at an animal resort can sometimes be a difficult experience for you, and some pets find it stressful as well.  The care and attention your pet receives is provided by one of the most important elements of our facility and that is our STAFF.  Halo House is manned with a well-trained, highly professional full-time staff and many part-time animal lovers are employed during peak vacation season.  Our staff goes through an in-depth training program and many become “certified pet care technicians” through the Petcare Services Association.  We have the highest ratio of caregivers to furry friends than any facility in the region!

Checklist for your arrival

• Vaccination records
• Medications ($1.99 per administration).  Include insulin shots ($2.99 per injection).
• Pet’s food.  If your pet has a sensitive stomach to change in environment, water or food.
• Extra treats, if you wish, no charge for administration.
